Conflict and war have significant impacts on the lives of people, making them to flee from their home and destroying educational infrastructures and activities. Since the coup led by General Min Aung Hlaing in 2021, higher education in Myanmar has stopped from progressing done by previous government. For this paper, I aim to examine how military coup in Myanmar has created academic distractions for online college students using education in emergencies conceptual framework. I use narrative inquiry method and rely on the narratives of three students.
