The study, titled Leadership Lived: Well-Being and Institutional Support in Department Chair Roles, seeks to explore department chairs' multifaceted challenges and coping mechanisms in educational leadership. With the growing emphasis on administrative responsibilities, department chairs often juggle multiple roles that impact their professional and personal well-being. The study aims to identify key factors affecting their job satisfaction, sources of burnout, and strategies for institutional improvement.
