Abstract

In this systematic review, I aim to: first, make the case for meaningfully including the perspectives of children; second, examine academic literature for young children with disabilities being included in policy and systems change; third, issue a charge to researchers, especially researchers in the United States, to truly take up the call to listen to children, seek to understand them, and engage them in decisionmaking.
