Leadership programs designed to integrate peace education, equity and inclusion, and social justice approaches for educational leaders in k-12 schools are needed to address cultural and structural violence found in their schools, districts, and countries. A collaboratively designed, six day culturally immersive leadership education program was offered to 21 educational leadership students from Northern Ireland and the United States in July 2024. This evaluative study aims to understand the learning impact of that program, specifically focusing on the concepts and practices from social justice education, equity and inclusion, and peace education that participants found value in and applied to their contexts in Northern Ireland and the United States. Research participant reflections on successes and challenges will be offered.
