Session Type: Symposium
This symposium provides a framework for considering equity-oriented program improvement and then provides illustrations and examples of equity-oriented program improvement and impacts from such improvement. Illustrations and impacts are examined within five distinct programs that have engaged in equity-oriented program improvement, four of which are state universities and one is a private institution. This session aims to contribute valuable insights into the practical application of equity-focused leadership.
