Session Type: Workshop
The role of frameworks in education can be obscure to graduate students and new scholars. The workshop extends an earlier presentation on active engagement with theoretical and conceptual frameworks in research. These papers used exemplary processes and unique perspectives on “the process” of curating information to develop conceptual frameworks to guide their work. This practical academic exercise of developing implementable conceptual frameworks is crucial in guiding graduate students, new scholars, K12 practitioners, and researchers to identify the lens through which their work is defined. These papers demonstrate how the researchers grounded and implemented the process to craft new conceptual frameworks.
