Session Type: Symposium
As a growing body of scholars apply principles of QuantCrit to their inquiry, questions and misunderstandings have emerged about QuantCrit. This panel discussion gathers several early developers and adopters of QuantCrit to engage in conversation about QuantCrit and self-reflect on their use of QuantCrit as a framework for their research. The panel discussion is organized into three portions. The first takes the form of a conversation among panel members guided by a set of questions. During the second portion each of the four members reflect critically on research they have conducted through the lens of QuantCrit. The final portion allows audience members to pose additional questions to the panel members and reflect on concepts and ideas explored during the discussion.
