This roundtable, organized by Division A Section 3 on School and District Improvement, centers on interactions between teachers and educational leaders along with how educators, especially educational leaders, can enhance how they do their jobs. Particular attention is paid to teacher-leader perceptions and how educational leaders make evidence-informed decisions.
