Session Type: Roundtable Session
This session offers strategies for developing equity-centered educational leaders. The presenters will discuss research-based approaches for understanding and preparing culturally responsive leaders who can navigate the changes informed by diversity, equity, and inclusion policies. They will provide information on how some principal preparation programs are equipping leaders with a focus on equity and the role of pedagogies in promoting social justice within school leadership.
