Abstract
This session presents findings on advancing just education through diversifying leadership pipelines and fostering culturally responsive leadership identity development. It will also include studies focusing on educational renewal centered on Black, Brown, and Indigenous teachers and students and explore challenges and solutions to creating equitable leadership opportunities.
