This session explores common challenges and evolving teacher and school leadership needs. Papers will discuss how perceived role ambiguity and self-efficacy influence teachers' reluctance to pursue leadership, factors shaping teacher leadership practices, principal retention strategies, and the changing nature of school leadership post-pandemic.
