This session will explore the discourse on gender diversity in education, challenges faced by women leaders in higher education, the lived experiences of mothers of color collectively working towards linguistically affirming educational experiences for their children, the experiences of Latina teachers working with predominantly white educators, and lastly it will contextualize the experiences of Black women executive leaders in facilities management.
