Abstract

This roundtable explores a range of topics that centralize the preparation of social justice leaders in schools. Presenters explore educators' implicit bias and the learning of social justice concepts, the characteristics of transformative leaders, recommended practices for social justice leaders to sustain teachers in the field, implications for differentiation in anti-racist leadership preparation, and the development of social justice leadership identities.
