Session Type: Roundtable Session
This roundtable explores leadership through a broad spectrum aimed at challenging and dismantling outdated policies and practices. The included papers explore topics such as leading for joy in urban schools within the construct of failing schools; approaches for broadening definitions of educational leadership in disruptive times; a systematic review of the practice turn in leadership; enactment of district-level equitable and inclusive leadership; and addressing social inequities through system-wide change processes.
