Abstract

In this Vice Presidential Session, Division A VP, Detra Johnson, has an in depth conversation on cross-organizational partnerships with the Vice President of Division L, Sheneka Williams, Executive Directors of the University Council for Educational Administration, Mónica Byrne-JIménez, and the International Council of Professors in Educational Leadership, Stacey Edmonson. The increasingly complex nature of higher education and organizational leadership require that leaders break down silos and develop strategic collaborations to strengthen the field. This discussion will center on key questions related to shared goals, organizational interdependence, and innovations in leadership.
