Abstract

The AERA Special Interest Group (SIG) on Charters and School Choice convenes its annual business meeting to foster collaboration among researchers, practitioners, and policymakers interested in the evolving landscape of educational choice. The meeting provides a platform for the exchange of ideas, research findings, and policy discussions related to charter schools, voucher programs, and other school choice models. Attendees will engage in critical discussions about the impact of school choice on educational equity, innovation, and accountability, with the goal of advancing evidence-based practices and policy recommendations.
