The Perceived Affordability of Foreign-Related Higher Education Programs (FREPs) in Vietnam

Abstract

This study investigates factors influencing Vietnamese students’ perceived affordability of foreign-related higher education programs (FREPs), measured by acceptable tuition levels. Most students are reluctant to switch from current programs, but those with higher educational aspirations and stronger financial resources show greater willingness to pursue FREPs.
