Abstract

This study explores the well-being of educators navigating restrictive educational campaigns. Survey and interview data reveal impacts on well-being, including stress, self-censorship, and burnout, as well as acts of resistance and needed supports. Grounded in critical and ecological frameworks of well-being, this study highlights the need for relational and institutional supports to sustain educator well-being amid growing political pressures in education.
