This paper examines a women’s scholarly collective born in a doctoral program and grown into a decolonial feminist space of care, resistance, and collective inquiry. Using intersectional and decolonial feminist frameworks, we explore how over five years and 200 gatherings, our diverse group has challenged academic hierarchies through narrative inquiry, transparency, and peer mentorship. Preliminary findings highlight how our collective fosters radical interconnectedness, demystifies academic processes, and nurtures belonging. Aligned with the 2026 AERA theme, Unforgetting Histories and Imagining Futures, we offer our work as both case study and invitation—to imagine scholarship rooted in justice, care, and community.
