Abstract

This paper advances a transformative ruptures approach (Delgado Bernal & Alemán, 2017) as a conceptual tool that can guide the practice of Chicana/Latina faculty and staff change agents in the pursuit of interrupting systems of marginality that work against historically marginalized students in higher education.
