Abstract

This study examines how eco-schools influence pro-environmental behaviors among 165 sixth-grade students in Kelaa des Sraghna, Morocco. Using questionnaires and regression analysis, it assesses the impact of eco-school participation, club membership, and socio-demographic factors. Results show eco-schools significantly enhance students' sustainable behaviors, demonstrating their effectiveness in fostering environmental awareness. The findings highlight the importance of integrating ecological education into school systems to promote long-term stewardship. This research supports global efforts in education for sustainable development and offers insights for policymakers to strengthen youth engagement in environmental initiatives.
