Abstract

This paper presents principal and assistant principal interview findings from a university-district research project that aims is to identify, replicate, and strengthen school-based leadership practices that reduce racial inequality in schools that serve 75% or more Black students and who have achieved better than predicted academic, social, and behavioral outcomes with Black Students.
