Abstract

This paper presents the development and implementation framework for CREATE (Cultivating Research Excellence in Advanced Teacher Education), a comprehensive research mentorship program designed to address the critical gap in research opportunities within the [university redacted] graduate Career and Technical Education (CTE) program. Through structured mentorship, professional development workshops, and systematic support systems, CREATE aims to enhance graduate student research capacity while strengthening institutional research culture. The program leverages existing faculty development infrastructure to create sustainable pathways for student-faculty collaboration in CTE research.
