Wed, April 8, 11:45am to 1:15pm PDT (11:45am to 1:15pm PDT), Los Angeles Convention Center, Floor: Level Two, Poster Hall - Exhibit Hall A

Abstract

This study examines how institutional characteristics influence community college faculty support expenditures and whether these effects vary by state policy and funding context. Using hierarchical linear modeling, this study aims to identify multilevel patterns that inform equitable policies and resource allocation to better support faculty in under-resourced community colleges.
