Abstract

This phenomenological qualitative study utilizes Critical Race Theory (CRT), Black Crit, and Critical Whiteness theoretical frames to investigate Black PWI staff experiences with systemic workplace racism, the resulting health implications, and gather strategies to move from surviving to thriving in the higher education PWI workplace.
