Abstract

In response to the challenges posed to the essence of education by the era of Artificial Intelligence, this study proposes and constructs a new paradigm of Meaning-Generative Learning, based on Eastern Confucian, Daoist, and Zen philosophies. This paradigm redefines learning as a practical process of meaning generation and mind-awakening. At its core is a five-dimensional spiral model comprising Situational Field, Flow Experience, Intuitive Insight, Dialogue & Co-creation, and Value Embodiment. This model transcends the instrumental rationality of knowledge acquisition, embodying the Eastern wisdom of unifying knowing, acting, and verifying. This research aims to contribute an original, non-Western perspective to educational theory and to provide a philosophical and culturally-attentive foundation for the reconceptualization of education in a technological age.
