This study aims to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Arabic version of the Parental Burnout Assessment (PBA) in Qatar. 318 parents of children with and without neurodevelopmental disabilities participated in the study. The study found that the internal consistency was excellent for the total scale (α =0.95) and ranged from adequate (α=0.63) to excellent (α=0.92) for the subscales. Additionally, the results confirmed a similar four-factor structure model (M1) in the Arabic version to the original version of the PBA, as well as with many other studies such as the Finnish and Lebanese validation studies. This study concluded that the PBA has appropriate psychometric properties and can be regarded as a robust tool for identifying symptoms of parental burnout.
