Abstract

This presentation aims to address the academic needs of students following the return to in-person learning after the COVID-19 pandemic in schools and districts across Connecticut. It will evaluate the effectiveness of high-dosage tutoring (HDT) programs implemented by 44 districts throughout the state. This study employs a mixed-methods approach to analyze student academic performance, survey, and interview data, focusing on the benefits and challenges of implementing high-dosage tutoring for middle school students who are struggling in mathematics.
