Based on professional capital theory, this study uses survey data from 667 primary and secondary school teachers across eight provinces (or municipalities) in China to explore the relationship between organizational support, knowledge sharing, and teacher professional capital. The findings reveal that organizational support significantly and positively predicts teachers' human capital, social capital, and decisional capital. Knowledge collection has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between organizational support and human capital, but not on the relationships between organizational support and social capital or decisional capital. Knowledge donation has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between organizational support and decisional capital, but not on the relationships between organizational support and human capital or social capital.
