Abstract

This study rigorously analyzes the historical evolution of educational research in Türkiye to provide a future-oriented, culturally responsive framework. This paper examines how pivotal milestones from the Ottoman period to the Republican reforms—namely, centralization, secularization, and modernization—shape contemporary difficulties and opportunities. It advocates for a predictive research paradigm that merges local values with global educational trends, emphasizing multicultural education and inclusive pedagogy. The suggested paradigm emphasizes the necessity of future literacy and foresight in research design, shifting Türkiye’s educational scholarship from reactive adaptation to proactive innovation. The report provides strategic direction for linking national research goals with global imperatives by integrating historical insights with present demands in a continuously developing educational ecosystem.
