This study pioneers the integration of generative AI (GAI) in pre-service science teacher education by employing AI agents as virtual microteaching environments for practicing questioning techniques and collaborative strategies ("Six Thinking Hats"). Grounded in Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy (2023), a three-phase Experience-Reflect-Innovate model significantly improved PSTs’ self-efficacy, awareness of emotional scaffolding, and feedback proficiency. The findings demonstrate GAI’s potential to bridge theory-practice divides through controlled pedagogical experimentation, although further research is needed to assess longitudinal classroom transfer.
