The purpose of this study is to examine career and employment support policies and research for university students in Korea from 2013 to 2025 in a lens of policy learning framework. The qualitative content analysis was applied to analyze official policy documents from the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Employment and Labor and policy research reports and academic publications. According to the analysis results, policy changes showed the types of conceptual and instrumental policy learning, and policy research showed types of instrumental and social interactional policy learning. Ultimately, the study highlights the need for ongoing collaboration and dialogue between researchers and policy practitioners.
