Abstract

This research takes the "High-Quality Future School Construction" project as an example to explore the action mechanisms of university-secondary-primary school collaboration in promoting holistic school transformation. The research adopts qualitative research methods with participatory action research as the main paradigm. The research reveals four core findings: First, the project constructed a symbiotic transformation model of deep cooperation among universities, regional educational research institutes, and primary and secondary schools. Second, higher education institutions achieved role transformation from "observers" to "participants," closely integrating theoretical construction with practical exploration. Third, regional educational research institutes played horizontal and vertical bidirectional three-dimensional coordination roles, achieving resource integration and policy transformation. Fourth, primary and secondary schools demonstrated transfer and follow-up transformation characteristics.
