Abstract

In the post-COVID-19 era, physical and psychological violence and difficulties in keeping students' attention focused on the content have increased in everyday school life around the world. The process of implementing three successful educational actions (SEAs) - dialogical gatherings, interactive groups and the dialogical model of coexistence - in an elementary Brazilian school, was carried out to see how these SEAs could contribute to overcoming these challenges. Through data analysis based on the communicative methodology, the results of questionnaires answered by 531 students and semi-structured interviews with 10 school managers, 7 teachers and two trainers from the municipality's education department, we concluded that the incorporation of SEAs by the school had a positive social impact in both areas.
