“Time to Flourish”: A Global Study on Entrepreneurial and Leadership Education in Disruptive Times

Abstract

The rapid changes and uncertainties of recent years—driven by global disruptions such as the COVID-19 pandemic, technological acceleration, and shifting market landscapes—have intensified challenges for entrepreneurs and leaders worldwide. This study explores an innovative educational intervention aimed at fostering resilience, well-being, and leadership capacity among entrepreneurs and leaders across diverse global contexts. Integrating LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP), principles of integral health, and kinesiology testing, the intervention was designed to enhance emotional, cognitive, and physical dimensions of resilience. Through a mixed-methods approach involving 150 participants from Europe, this study evaluates the effectiveness of the multimodal program in developing entrepreneurial self-efficacy, psychological well-being, and adaptive leadership skills. Findings indicate significant improvements and enhanced capacity to navigate disruptive environments.
