Abstract

This paper explores how Successful Educational Actions (SEAs) foster inclusive forms of spirituality through dialogic educational practices. Based on a systematic literature review (PRISMA) and qualitative research in four SEA schools, evidence is found of spiritual transformation linked to meaning-making, social cohesion, and respect for diversity. The study proposes a non-doctrinal, dialogically emergent spirituality that enhances emotional well-being, democratic coexistence, and overcomes fundamentalist narratives. This contribution aligns with global educational transformation goals, supporting UNESCO's SDGs and the Global Compact on Education, and enriches theoretical and empirical discussions on inclusive spirituality in contemporary education.
