Abstract

Museum educators are part of the museum agents who work significantly to illustrate the museum's mission and collection to the visitors. They also have a prominent job as a bridge between the museum and the school. However, museum educators in Indonesia are struggling to navigate school partnerships due to a lack of guidelines and training. This research was conducted at two public museums in Malang City, Indonesia. This study will use a qualitative approach with a focus on document analysis. These multiple case studies aim to address the challenges faced by museum educators in navigating school partnerships.
