This paper advances an organic, lived, grounded instance of synergistic quantum human computing among diverse stakeholders within a systemic change education project centered around a public high school in rural Wisconsin. Posited as a quantum-like model governed by subjective probability, participants’ in-depth discussions, collective idea generation, and decision making interactions provide a new way of thinking about the power of harnessing democratic, diverse stakeholder assemblies as evidence of quantum human computing power. Analyzing how static school data was transformed and acted upon within group processes as well as a deeper look into how participants handled data of various kinds yielded this new theoretical model for the development of specific systemic change innovations manifested during the project.
