Volunteer service has a long history and plays an important role in cultivating social awareness and responsibility among high school students. However, previous studies have mostly focused on college students and paid little attention to high school students. This study used Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to explore the impact of high school students' volunteer motivation on their volunteer engagement. Meanwhile, we examine the moderating effect of perceived teacher support. The results showed that there is a significant positive direct effect of high school students' volunteer motivation on their volunteer engagement.the moderating effect of perceived teacher support on the influence of high school students' volunteer motivation on their volunteer engagement is not significant. Finally, we provide discussion and suggestions.
