This poster highlights methodological innovation at the intersection of critical narrative inquiry, queering education research, and generative artificial intelligence (AI). Building on Souto-Manning’s (2014) Critical Narrative Analysis, I explore how critically conscious male leaders—queer men, men of color, and white men—make meaning of leadership within and against interlocking systems of power, named by bell hooks as “imperialist white-supremacist capitalist patriarchy” and extended here as empire, whiteness, neoliberal capitalism, and cisheteropatriarchy. By queering methodology and integrating AI as an assistive tool for coding, memoing, and reflexivity, I argue for a reimagining of how qualitative research can surface embodied, intersectional, and justice-oriented knowledge in education and critical leadership studies.
