Abstract

Drawing on James Baldwin’s call to confront power with love and truth, this paper explores how marginalized educators hold both privilege and oppression within educational spaces. Using a queer, pro-Black lens, it interrogates the contradictions of teaching for liberation inside systems that often resist it.
