This study aims to examine the effectiveness of a multisensory game-based enrichment program for low-motivated fifth graders, focusing on academic achievement, mathematics anxiety, interest, and self-efficacy. The program comprised eight sessions delivered over two days on the topic of factors and multiples. A sequential mixed-methods analysis indicated that participation in the program enhanced mathematics achievement and increased interest and self-efficacy, although no statistically significant reduction in mathematics anxiety was observed. Interview data further revealed that the multisensory game-based activities helped concretize numerical concepts and sustained student engagement. These findings provide important implications for improving arithmetic achievement and fostering affective outcomes among academically low-achieving students.
