Abstract

Our paper/presentation will offer (1) an overview of the policies and practices (former and current) implemented to offer equitable, justice-centered educational experiences to all of our students. (2) How we operationalize our vision in collaboration with labor and community partners, affirming the dignity, culture, and professional aspirations of our students. (3) What are the key theoretical, methodological, and operational lessons we have learned to serve our students and prepare them for higher education.
