This presentation highlights Division H’s enduring commitment to supporting novice professionals as integral members of the research, evaluation, and assessment community. The speaker will reflect on the Division’s efforts to create pathways for early-career engagement through mentoring programs, professional development workshops, and leadership opportunities. Emphasizing the importance of building community and professional identity, the presentation traces how Division H has intentionally expanded its network to include emerging scholars from school districts, research organizations, universities, and consulting firms. By fostering collaboration across experience levels, Division H strengthens the pipeline of applied researchers and evaluators dedicated to improving educational systems. The session underscores how mentorship, recognition, and inclusive leadership continue to define Division H’s investment in the next generation of professionals.
