This paper session shares insights from a collaborative coaching project by three Latina scholar-practitioners, grounded in a justice-oriented, biopsychosocial ecological framework. While initially focused on supporting educators through deliberate (i.e., intentional and purposeful) coaching and instructional practices, the collaboration itself became a process of futuring - restoring histories, reimagining roles, and generating a collective vision of coaching and pedagogy. Anchored in our shared identities and professional biographies, we reflect on our coaching framework as both method and metaphor for transformation. Through narrative inquiry and collaborative autoethnography, we examine how our lived experiences, theoretical commitments, and relational practices shaped our project.
