Session Type: Symposium
This symposium brings together a panel of Latiné scholars to discuss their recently published books that center the experiences of Latiné students in education. Through diverse methodological and theoretical approaches, these works illuminate the systemic inequities Latiné students face and offer pathways toward more just and inclusive educational practices. Panelists will share insights from their research, reflect on the process of writing and publishing as Latiné scholars, and engage in dialogue about the role of research in advancing educational equity. This session invites educators, researchers, and community members to explore how Latiné-authored scholarship can inform policy, practice, and future research in support of Latiné student success.
