This session curates a collection of papers that examine the current political, national, and state-level context, legal tensions, and empirical research regarding students with disabilities in voucher programs. The three presentations will specifically focus on legal issues, empirical research, forms to evaluate voucher programs for students with disabilities, and specific cases from two states.
