Session Type: Roundtable Session
This roundtable centers on the iterative evaluation and redesign of educational programs to enhance effectiveness and relevance. Studies include evaluations of summer learning initiatives, STEM electives, and communities of practice for educational leaders. Emphasis is placed on formative feedback, stakeholder engagement, and triangulated data sources to inform program improvements. Discussions will explore how design features, such as cultural relevance and strategic staffing, contribute to sustained impact. The group aims to identify best practices for continuous improvement and scaling successful models across diverse educational contexts.
