Session Type: Poster Session
This poster session highlights innovative and critical perspectives on graduate education. One study examines how doctoral supervision in transnational contexts can shift from hierarchical power to co-created empowerment. Another experiment turns to video games as playful mentor texts, revealing how “losing” can generate resilience and institutional growth. A third project confronts postdoctoral blues, sharing narratives of loss and strategies for proactive care. Together, these posters invite attendees to reimagine graduate education through equity, creativity, and holistic well-being.
