Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming how scholars design studies, analyze data, and connect across borders. Yet its impact on international research collaboration remains deeply uneven. This panel brings together organizational leaders, early career faculty, and industry experts from within and beyond the U.S. to discuss how AI both expands and restricts horizons for global scholarship in measurement and research methodologies. Panelists will examine opportunities for innovation in data analysis and methodological transparency alongside barriers related to access, equity, and epistemic inclusion. The discussion will highlight strategies for building equitable AI-enabled research partnerships and fostering methodological innovation that reflects diverse global perspectives.
